The reviewer said a technician arrived late, required a $240 diagnostic deposit toward an $870 estimate to install a hot water heater and valves the customer had bought, and that the company then did not return calls to schedule the installation.
Company reply and outcome: The company apologized, said it was addressing the scheduling delay and that the concern had been escalated for follow-up.
Ask before booking: If I pay a diagnostic fee or deposit toward a water heater installation, when will the install be scheduled and is the deposit refundable?
