LOCAL CONDITIONS

What’s different in Trinity.

From Aloha Utilities to public ownership

Aloha Utilities, a private company, served the Seven Springs and Trinity area. In 2005 the PSC started proceedings to remove part of its Seven Springs territory because of hydrogen sulfide problems. In 2009, Aloha's Pasco systems were transferred to the Florida Governmental Utility Authority; at the transfer hearing, a customer described years of black water. Knowing which utility bills you now tells you which water report applies.
