Yelp review
Tom Y. · Feb 11, 2019
The customer, owner of a vacation rental in Holiday, said the company charged $335 to replace a water heater element and then recommended replacing the heater; they said the plumber caused a leak that was not fixed and a guest later slipped on the wet floor.
Ask before booking: Before replacing a part on an older water heater, will you tell me whether you'd recommend replacing the whole unit instead?
