The reviewer said a family member's new water heater gurgled after installation and the technician called it normal; the reviewer said they found an open AC drain line causing the noise and a pressure relief valve with no drain line or catch pan, which they called code violations, and that a manager did not call back as promised.
Company reply and outcome: A business manager's public reply (dated Jun 30, 2025, on an earlier version of the review) apologized and said a manager would reach out.
Ask before booking: How will the temperature and pressure relief valve on my new water heater be piped and drained, and will the installation be permitted and inspected?
