Selected reviews · Checked September 29, 2026. Two BBB accounts from a profile covering the franchise's McKinney and Plano locations (the Plano address matches this franchise). The company answered one unrelated complaint by saying it came from a different office, so location matching is imperfect. The franchise's own site showed no water heater testimonials.
