Worth knowing about their water heater work

On Yelp, one reviewer (2025) called a $4,000 bill for a standard tank replacement for their elderly mother predatory pricing, and another (2025) said a $60 diagnosis became $629 for a tankless unit and a $3,000 repair quote came with a week's wait; a 2018 reviewer said the installer left old vent work for them until the company returned, and the company apologized.

Yelp review

Victoria D. · Dec 23, 2025

The reviewer said a quoted $60 diagnosis became $629 because the unit was tankless, a flush only worked briefly, a repair was then quoted at $3,000 with a one-week wait for parts, and another company later quoted about a third of that.

Yelp review

Dave Z. · May 15, 2018 (updated review)

The reviewer said a $1,500 water heater replacement left old venting for them to fix and managers did not call back, then updated the review to say the company returned to cap the old vent pipes.
