The reviewer said a night call to replace their son's water heater was cancelled hours later; the next day the crew installed a 50-gallon power-vent tank instead of a 40-gallon one without telling the household the cost, and charged $4,200 to the card left for payment.

The reviewer said no one gave an arrival window, the technician came while they were out, asked the tank's age without looking at it and said it needed replacing; they said the heater worked fine after they flushed it themselves.
