The customer said a two-water-heater replacement ran into a second day, left the household without hot water in part of the home, and was followed by shower-valve problems and difficulty getting a return visit.

Company reply and outcome: The owner said the shower system was outside the contract, listed the invoiced items (including two 50-gallon gas heaters, circulating pump, expansion tank and permit), said no technician was available on the requested day, and declined further work for the customer.
