The customer said technicians disconnected an outdoor spigot while fixing a crawl-space leak and installing a new water heater. They said the owner would only repair it for a charge and did not return calls.

The reviewer said a new tankless heater kept throwing an error code. They said they paid for a larger gas line and about $3,400-$4,300 in further work, and that another plumber later fixed a configuration problem. They also said they were charged for a Wi-Fi module that was never installed.
