What the reviews say
Water heater replacement & service
No water heater praise found in the sources checked.
A reviewer disputed $89.50 dispatch and $478.68 labor charges for a valve replacement on a 2018 Superior-installed heater; Superior replied that its own parts-and-labor warranty is one year and the manufacturer's 10-year warranty is parts only.

BBB customer review
Karen L · January 27, 2024
The reviewer said a heater Superior installed in 2018 needed a gas control valve, and she disputed paying an $89.50 dispatch fee plus $478.68 for about 40 minutes of work despite a warranty.
Company reply and outcome: Superior said its warranty is one year parts and labor, the manufacturer's 10-year warranty covers parts only, and apologized if that was not explained clearly.
Ask before booking: Ask what the labor warranty covers after the first year and whether the dispatch fee is credited toward repairs.
