The customer said that after a water heater flush a second plumber found a partly open valve and flooding in the attic, and that RS Andrews' technician insisted the tank was cracked and scheduled a replacement the customer had not confirmed.

Company reply and outcome: RS Andrews responded on 11/06/2025 that it had contacted the customer and reached an agreement on a resolution.

Company reply and outcome: RS Andrews said on 11/13/2024 that it refunded the $453 heater repair but would not refund the $600, which it described as an unrelated outside leak.
