BBB complaint

Customer name withheld · 04/22/2024

The customer said a same-day water heater replacement cost $2,681.94 after a coupon, that $149 membership and workmanship-warranty charges appeared on the receipt without being explained, that getting the membership credited took several calls, and that the installed model was not Energy Star certified, so they lost a rebate; they said they were never offered a choice of brand or efficiency.

Company reply and outcome: BBB lists the complaint as Resolved.
