What the reviews say
Water heater replacement & service
Oregon reviewers praised same-day installs after a failure, punctual and kind installers, and prices and warranties they found reasonable.
A Portland reviewer said a $1,749 basic install rose to $3,000 with code items including a $500 leak detector the county said was not required, and another said the company wrongly claimed rebate eligibility, costing a $1,200 rebate.

Kim B. · Aug 7, 2026
The Happy Valley reviewer said a water heater flooded the garage at 5am, an install was booked by 10am, and the installer explained everything and was finished by 1:30 at a price and warranty she felt were reasonable.
Yelp review
Dwane Hanson · Jun 6, 2026
The Portland reviewer said a $1,749 basic installation quote became about $3,000 with code upgrades, and that the county later told him some items, such as a $500 leak detector, were not required.
Yelp review
Taco S. · Sep 1, 2026
The Portland reviewer said the company falsely claimed to be an eligible contractor, costing a $1,200 rebate, and advised getting everything in writing.
Ask before booking: Which add-on items in the quote are required by the local code inspector versus optional, and is the installer eligible for the rebate you're quoting in writing?
