The reviewer said Cobb County inspected the new water heater and the inspector said it was done well 'this time,' which made the reviewer question earlier work.
Company reply and outcome: Casteel said a manager would contact the customer to review the installation history and answer questions.
Ask before booking: Ask whether the water heater permit and county inspection are included and whether the inspection report will be shared.
