A property owner said a new gas water heater installed 1/19/26 in a closet was rotated 180 degrees from the original, leaving the temperature control, gas valve and pilot inaccessible.
Company reply and outcome: Status Answered; Brennan apologized for the miscommunication and said it was scheduled to return to rotate the tank.

The reviewer said a water heater Brennan installed through a Costco program five years earlier began running continuously, he was charged $205 for diagnosis, and another company told him the install had not addressed high water pressure.

The reviewer said a Costco-arranged water heater install was delayed until the old unit failed and flooded the basement, the job needed a second visit, the permit was initially missing, and a later gas leak repair quoted at $1,200 was fixed elsewhere for $85.
Ask before booking: Will the installer check incoming water pressure and confirm tank orientation and access to the gas valve and controls before installing?
