The reviewer said the Stoughton, Mass. branch installed a hybrid hot water system that did not work properly and that they got no response after weeks of calls; they also said the plumbers seemed undertrained.
Ask before booking: Who handles follow-up service calls on a hybrid (heat pump) water heater you install, and how quickly do you respond if it isn't working right?
