Water heater feedback

Reviewers praised knowledgeable tankless servicing at prices below other quotes, help getting a manufacturer warranty replacement installed the same day, and a crew that worked late to finish a difficult conversion.

Worth knowing about their water heater work

On Yelp, one reviewer (2017) said the company did not replace a leaking tankless unit under an extended labor warranty for days and they paid another shop $450, and another (2023) said two months of follow-up on a unit the company had installed left it unresolved; no company responses were captured.
