The customer said Summit installed a new furnace, a tankless water heater and an AC unit professionally, and that it cost a lot but they should have replaced them years earlier.

Ask before booking: For a tankless installation, what does the price include (gas line and venting upgrades, permit, descaling), and what labor warranty comes with it?
