Erik A. · Mar 11, 2024
The customer said installers of a new on-demand water heater undid an electrician's prior work and damaged a new washing machine, the unit needed three return visits for leaks and temperature issues in three months, and they were later told to pay for a temperature regulator and a repair part. In an update they said the company called to try to rectify the issues but wanted the review taken down first.

The customer said that after paying $50 upfront, a technician had them sign for $400 to address a filter warning on their hot water tank, which only needed vacuuming; when they complained, the owner had the technician leave.
Ask before booking: What exactly is included in the installation price (for example, a temperature regulator), and what does the labor warranty cover if the unit leaks later?
