Yelp reviewers praised fast response, clear explanations and professional installers for water heater repairs and replacements.

Worth knowing about their water heater work

A Yelp reviewer said a water heater sensor replacement was overpriced, another alleged a warranty misstatement and labor charge on a tank swap (the company said the technician mistakenly said the tank was covered), and a BBB complainant said a $400 tankless descaling visit did not fix the unit; the company said it would refund the customer in full.
