PERMITS & LICENSING
Permits and licenses in Saginaw.
Permits and who issues them
Saginaw's fee schedule has a flat home plumbing permit, plus separate electrical and mechanical permits. Replacing a water heater is plumbing work. Permits and forms are on the city's Permits & Forms page.
Saginaw keeps a list of registered contractors. Its $100 yearly registration fee doesn't apply to electrical, mechanical or plumbing contractors, so plumbers pay nothing to the city.
