The customer said the plumber gave repair and replacement options for their 10-year-old water heater without being pushy; since the repair would cost about a third as much as replacement, they chose a new unit with a 10-year warranty, installed in several hours with a neat cleanup.

The customer said that on a Sunday morning with a leaking water heater, a technician arrived in a little over an hour with a new heater, laid down tarps, installed it in under an hour and cleaned up.
