The customer said an attic tankless installation took three days, and a connection the customer said was installed incorrectly flooded the house when the water was turned on. They said the Austin manager accepted responsibility and began drying and repairs, and that the new unit leaked again days later.
Ask before booking: Ask for a repair-versus-replace assessment in writing, with the repair option priced, before agreeing to a replacement.
