BBB reviewers praised efficient water heater replacement and a technician who found high water pressure and brought water heater pressure equipment up to code.
A BBB complainant whose main dispute was a leaking shower repair said an earlier water heater install went well but they believed they overpaid. The company said it returned the next day, replaced the cartridge and stopped the leak; the customer said this would resolve the complaint if completed.

The reviewer said a technician replaced their hot water heater and installed new washing-machine valves, working quickly and professionally.

The reviewer, who called about bathroom leaks, said the technician also found high water pressure and a problem with the water heater's pressure equipment that needed to be brought up to code. They said the work was completed the same day at a fair price.

The complaint was mainly about a shower faucet repair that leaked worse after the visit, and slow after-hours help. The customer added that a new water heater installed a few months earlier seemed to go well, but they believed they had overpaid.
Company reply and outcome: The company said it returned the next day, installed another new cartridge, stopped the leak, and saw a training need for after-hours service. On February 12, 2025, the customer said the resolution would be satisfactory if it was carried out.
Ask before booking: Ask for the water heater price in writing, including any pressure-regulator or expansion-tank work, so you can compare it with other bids.
