Selected reviews · Checked September 30, 2026. One BBB customer review, on the BBB profile that lists the same phone number as the company's website. BBB complaints and Angi were not checked, Yelp showed a bot-verification page and could not be read, and the company website does not publish testimonials. Too small a sample to judge the company's track record.

The customer said their tank failed a couple of months before they planned to replace it, and the install was fast and painless, with the owner described as knowledgeable, exceedingly fair and free of sales pitches.
Ask before booking: Will the owner be at my installation, and what labor warranty and code items (expansion tank, venting, permit) are included in your quoted price?
