What the reviews say
Water heater replacement & service
Reviewers praised same-day emergency water heater replacements and a technician who also corrected code issues at a reasonable price.
BBB reviewers said a tankless flush ended in a paid replacement without the promised phone controller (Hunt's said a controller is typically an optional upgrade) and that a $10,000 boiler hot water tank replacement left them without hot water.

Kathleen C · 10/11/2025
The reviewer said a tankless flush was followed by a costly replacement and recirculator install, and that the promised phone-based control never worked despite contacts on 16 dates.

BBB customer review
Becky B · 10/10/2024
The reviewer said Hunt's replaced her boiler's hot water holding tank for $10,000 but after three days there was still no hot water, and another company fixed it for $3,000.
Yelp review
Ilya P. · Oct 12, 2021
The reviewer said a discounted water heater flush led to a $10k repair recommendation including vent work he felt may not have been necessary, and he hired someone else.
Ask before booking: If a flush or inspection turns into a replacement recommendation, can I get the written estimate, including optional items like controllers, before deciding?
