The reviewer said a water heater installation booked two weeks ahead fell through on the day. They said the office had no record of the call and no heater available.
Company reply and outcome: On Dec 30, 2019 the company apologized and said its answering service had booked the job without knowing the company did not stock 40-gallon water heaters. It said it would close that information gap.
Ask before booking: Ask the company to confirm that your heater size and type is in stock, or when it will arrive, before the install day.
