One BBB reviewer said they were overcharged by $960 for a water heater installation (per quotes from three other companies) and that the technician arrived hours after the window. The reviewer said the home warranty company (ORHP) would not explain the charge. No company response was visible.

The reviewer said the company responded right away when their water heater failed, diagnosed it quickly, had a replacement ready and installed it the same day.

The reviewer alleged unexplained charges on a water heater installation, saying three other local companies indicated they were overcharged by $960, and that ORHP (a home warranty company) would not explain why. The reviewer said the technician arrived at 4:40 p.m. for a 10 a.m.–2 p.m. window. The same review also appears on Cool Blew's solar BBB profile.

The reviewer said the technician kept them updated, called several manufacturers to find the specific water heater they needed, and restored hot water after several days without it.
Ask before booking: If the job comes through a home warranty, ask which charges are covered and which you will pay, and get them itemized before installation.
