BBB customer review

DALE H · December 1, 2024

The reviewer said a technician called about an intermittent tankless water heater fault reported no codes, recommended a larger unit, and charged $260. The reviewer said they later replaced the igniter and flame rods and cleaned the blower themselves, and found the inline filter mostly blocked after the reported flush.

Company reply and outcome: The company said a working unit may not be working efficiently, an undersized unit can cause intermittent problems, and codes can clear during troubleshooting. It said the $79 dispatch fee may have been confused with the full service cost and offered to review the invoice.
