The customer said their 2005 water heater died, Beis came out the same morning, replaced it and brought the system up to current code, explained the issues found, and went over maintenance and warranty information.

The customer said Beis installed their water heater incorrectly, leading to corrosion and leaking, which two other licensed plumbers confirmed, and that Beis missed appointment times, withdrew a new estimate and ignored their demand letter for the cost of the correction.
Ask before booking: If something goes wrong with the installation, such as a leak or water damage, who handles the claim, and how quickly will a manager respond?
