Send it through the EnerGov portal, by email to inspections@ci.greenville.tx.us, or in person at 2315 Johnson St. Inspections requested by 3:00 pm happen the next business day, and same-day inspections are available for emergency repairs in occupied homes.

Yes. Contractors send a notarized registration application, photo ID and proof of at least $300,000 in general liability insurance naming the City of Greenville. Plumbing, electrical and mechanical registration is free; propane (LP gas) contractors pay $100. Registration ends when the insurance does, and permits and inspections stop if it lapses (packet effective October 1, 2022).
