The customer disputed a $2,006 charge for replacing an in-warranty heater and questioned the additional work.

Company reply and outcome: Radiant defended flat-rate pricing and said supply lines and code-related work were included. It later offered a $534 adjustment/refund; the customer accepted the resolution on October 13, 2025.
