Reviewers praised a friendly, efficient installer with good cleanup and help bringing a water heater up to code.
Customers on BBB and Yelp disputed tankless and tank replacement prices (about $7,000 and $4,900). One said a unit of the wrong size was installed and later removed; a Yelp review under the same name as the BBB reviewer says the company refunded $1,000.

BBB lists the business as Nick's Plumbing & Sewer Service; the company's site links to that profile. A 2024 BBB complaint about a water-heater line item on a non-water-heater job was excluded.

The customer said he was charged about $7,000 to replace two attic water heaters with a tankless unit, after being shown a figure around $1,500–$1,600 on a tablet whose terms he could not read, and that he requested a partial refund. A Yelp review under the same display name (January 15, 2026) says the company later agreed to refund $1,000.

The customer said he paid $4,900 to replace a 50-gallon heater, that the installed unit was not 50 gallons, that there was wall and floor damage and no hot water, and that the unit was removed only after he threatened legal action.
