The reviewer said a technician diagnosed their water heater and had them pay for a part and shipping, then returned saying it was the wrong part and told them to find someone else.
Ask before booking: If a new heater fails soon after install, ask how quickly the company commits to return, especially on jobs booked through a retailer such as Home Depot or Lowe's.
