The reviewer said pipe used on an October 2019 water heater installation corroded and leaked, and that the company was unwilling to fix the pipe when asked.

Company reply and outcome: The owner replied that communication and craftsmanship are core values, that it had advised using another company because the customer was unhappy with its parts, and wished them luck.
