A 2024 Yelp reviewer said he was charged $700 for 30 minutes of labor on a warranty part after an initial invoice showed only a $90 trip fee (no reply visible). A 2022 reviewer said a promised next-day tankless repair was dropped to a two-week wait; Fox apologized and said its GM would follow up.

The reviewer said a technician found mineral deposits burning on the heating element of a long-unused water heater and installed a new water heater the next morning.

Company reply and outcome: On Nov 17, 2022 the business owner apologized for the miscommunication and said the general manager would follow up.
Ask before booking: Ask whether labor on warranty-covered parts is billed, and for the total in writing before work starts.
