Water heater feedback

Yelp reviewers praised same-day response restoring hot water from a tankless heater, clean on-time installation and follow-up after a tankless replacement.

Worth knowing about their water heater work

A Yelp reviewer (Sep 2026) said a tankless water heater installed by the company did not hold a consistent temperature, the plumber argued with them, and their working old unit was thrown away; the owner replied that the new heater was customer-supplied, that old equipment is disposed of unless customers ask otherwise, and that he had tried daily to reach the customer.

Yelp review

Donna D. · Sep 18, 2026

The customer said a replacement tankless water heater did not hold a consistent temperature, the plumber argued when he returned, and he had discarded their previous working unit so it could not be reinstalled; they said an office complaint went unanswered for nearly two weeks.

Company reply and outcome: The owner replied publicly (Sep 22, 2026) that the tankless unit was customer-supplied, that old equipment is routinely hauled away unless customers ask to keep it, that he first learned of the issue from the review, and that he had called and texted daily offering to resolve it.
