Water heater feedback

Yelp reviewers praised prompt scheduling, fair pricing compared with other quotes, knowledgeable technicians who explained maintenance, and next-day repair of a malfunctioning new hybrid unit.

Worth knowing about their water heater work

A BBB reviewer (Nov 2025) alleged they paid $300 for permitted work with no permit or inspection and that their water heater was never serviced; Brodway responded that it initially could not verify the reviewer, later said the customer had declined to pay until notified of lien rights, and disputed the claims.

BBB customer review

AJ S · 11/25/2025

The reviewer alleged they paid $300 for permitted work but there was no permit or county inspection, that their water heater was never serviced, and that staff were rude and sought extra charges.

Company reply and outcome: Brodway replied (Feb 2026) that it could not initially verify the reviewer and that permits depend on the location and the job; a later reply said it had identified the customer, who it said had declined to pay for services until informed of the company's lien rights, then paid.
