A 2019 Yelp reviewer said a water heater had an issue after Ace Hi removed and reinstalled it, that Ace Hi blamed an outlet an electrician found fine, and that the invoice could not be located; the owner replied on Yelp apologizing and describing a no-charge emergency visit.

The reviewer said Ace Hi removed and reinstalled a furnace and water heater, the water heater had an issue afterward, Ace Hi blamed the electrical outlet (an electrician said it was fine), and the office and technician blamed each other over a missing invoice.
Company reply and outcome: The owner replied on Yelp (Sep 18, 2019) apologizing and saying a technician had been sent at no charge on an emergency call.

Ask before booking: Ask who is responsible if the water heater malfunctions after it is disconnected or moved for other work, and request an itemized invoice.
