Get installer agreement first
Ask whether the company installs customer-supplied equipment, which models it accepts and what labor warranty it offers. Have it confirm the model and infrastructure before you place an order.
Assign delivery and return responsibility
Clarify who handles shipping damage, wrong dimensions, returns, missing parts, scheduling and disposal. A unit waiting in your garage does not guarantee an installer can fit it into the existing setup.
Compare complete totals
Price the supply-and-install package against equipment, delivery, installation, materials, permits, removal and any changes separately. Keep warranty service and labor coverage in the comparison.
Our position today
This prototype does not sell equipment, collect payment or arrange installations. A future equipment-plus-installer service would need confirmed installer acceptance, model compatibility and written ownership of warranty and return issues.
