Tipping Hat's BBB complaints and most of its reviews sit on the national profile of its parent, ARS/Rescue Rooter (Memphis). About 100 pages of that profile were scanned and no water heater account naming Tipping Hat or the Denver area was found. Yelp was not accessible.
