The customer said the company (then Strogens) replaced their boiler and hot water tank over three days, arrived on time, did clean, detailed pipework, removed all trash and showed them the basics of the system.

The customer said a 9-year-old gas water heater needed a flammable vapor valve the technician did not carry; with an $84 diagnosis visit and a return visit charged $99.96 for the part plus $84 service and $90 labor (discounted to $148.87), the total of $222.87 seemed excessive, and staff told them doubling part prices is standard.
Ask before booking: How are parts marked up and are trip and labor charges billed separately if you need to come back with a part?
