After a September water heater installation, the customer said their home-improvement credit card was charged the maximum credit line rather than the contract amount, and that an extra charge was then attempted.

Company reply and outcome: Plumb Pros said the billing issue with the finance company had been resolved as of November 4, 2025. The customer accepted on November 15, 2025, calling it a clerical error and saying the company had retrained field staff.
