A 2014 Yelp reviewer said a heater MET installed failed after three years, and the company quoted $500 labor for the warranty part before charging $1,200 for a new heater. No company reply was visible.

The reviewer praised same-day holiday-weekend response. They said a $1,200 heater MET installed three years earlier failed, the crew would not repair it (quoting $500 labor for the warranty part), and they paid another $1,200 for a replacement they doubted was discounted.
Ask before booking: Ask which brand and model will be installed, and what labor warranty comes with it beyond the manufacturer's parts coverage.
