The customer said their 7-year-old A.O. Smith tankless water heater failed under warranty, the manufacturer agreed to replace it, and Hot Water 911 did the installation for the cost of labor. They said the replacement unit was also defective and had to be replaced again, and that staff helped get the second unit and install it.
