Yelp review

Chris R. · Aug 1, 2018

The customer said that for an overheating water heater they were told by phone that a $325 rebuild was needed without an inspection, cancelled after a disagreement with the technician, and had another plumber replace a bad thermostat for about $120.

Company reply and outcome: The owner replied (Mar 2019) that the claim was completely false, that the company would never ask for an electric water heater's model number, and questioned whether the reviewer had called Grace.
