Water heater replacement & service

Water heater feedback

Angi reviewers praised same-day or same-night water heater replacement, technicians who explained options with photos, and professional installers.

Worth knowing about their water heater work

A February 2025 BBB complainant said a $4,589.24 replacement cost far more than another contractor's price, was never inspected despite promised code work, ran loudly, and came without an itemized invoice. They said Flatirons offered a settlement only if they gave up warranties. BBB lists the complaint as resolved, but no response text is shown.

BBB complaint

Customer name withheld · February 17, 2025 · Resolved (no business response text shown)

The customer said Flatirons could not drain their water heater for a November 2024 repair, so it had to be replaced. They said promised permitting and inspection never happened and the new unit's fan was loud. They said they were charged $4,589.24 and another contractor called that far above his roughly $3,000 price. They said Flatirons refused a detailed invoice and offered a settlement only if they gave up warranties.
