The customer reported repeated pilot-light problems, later leaks and unanswered requests for management contact.
Company reply and outcome: Brothers said it found no manager-callback request, had replaced a burner under warranty and was not told of the subsequent leak. It said replacement would have been covered if notified. The customer rejected the response.
Ask before booking: Get the labor warranty and escalation contact in writing, including what happens if a repair does not solve the problem.
