Worth knowing about their water heater work

A 2019 Yelp reviewer disputed $217 parts-acquisition and $435 difficult-installation charges, and said the first was refunded after they complained. A 2024 reviewer objected to repeated service-contract sales calls and to phone-only contact after an install.
