The customer said that after a Dec 2025 visit they were sold a water heater replacement plus a service contract and a hot water circulation system; the circulation unit was not installed and they were told it would be refunded, but they said the refund had not arrived after more than 10 months of follow-up.

The customer said earlier jobs, including a relative's water heater install and a water heater drain service, went without issue, but on a later supply-line repair the crew did not shut off the water heater supply line and caused significant water damage.
